The Bradley County Commission is scheduled to discuss its priorities during today’s work session meeting.
Discussion of County Commission priorities is the only item listed on the agenda. Chairman Johnny Mull is slated to introduce the subject.
The meeting will also include a report from County Mayor D. Gary Davis and reports from commissioners, as well as announcements and opportunities for anyone in the audience to bring items before the County Commission.
The invocation will be given by Phil Griffin, pastor of Grace Point Baptist Church.
The Bradley County Commission meets at 7 p.m. tonight in the County Commission Courtroom of the Courthouse.
In addition to the County Commission meeting, two committee meetings are also planned for today. They are:
• Road Committee, 10 a.m. — Agenda items include a resolution governing the use of right-of-ways; 136 Virgil Rymer Road; 149 Hall Norwood Road; Chestuee/Old York Road culvert update; and Hopewell School project update.
• Ad Hoc Committee for Drinking Water and Wastewater Treatment Services at 2 p.m. — Agenda items include representatives from Ocoee Utility District; RFQ (request for quotation) for water and sewer master planning in unincorporated Bradley County; and Tennessee qualifications-based selection process.
Both committee meetings will take place in the Louie Alford Commission Conference Room at the Courthouse.
