Today, join the Peace by Piece Quilt Club to create beautiful works of fabric art, in the Community Room at 2 p.m.

Registration for the Summer Reading Program has begun. All sign-ups are online. The theme this year is “Build A Better World.” To kick off the festivities, all ages are welcome to join us on June 3 at 2 p.m., for the biggest party of the year.

Adults have special events happening all summer long. June 5 at 6:30 p.m., join the Front Page Quartet as they perform motivational music. Special appearances by the library’s director, Andrew Hunt, and children’s librarian, Keisha Parks.

Bring old shirts for two nights of T-Shirt Rebuilding on June 26 and July 3 at 6:30 p.m. Projects will be donated to local animal shelters and more will be made for everyone to take home.

Friday, July 14, at 1 p.m., join us for our first-ever computer class related to summer reading. Word Cloud Builder will be held in the Training Room.

Every Wednesday, June 7 to July 26, join us for Flicks at 6 p.m., where award-winning movies will be shown with free popcorn.

June 17 and July 15 the Crossover Book Club will have events to celebrate reading.

Children of all ages will have weekly programs to attend that bring reading to the forefront of summer fun.

Tuesday the Teen Book Talk and Tween Book Chatter groups meet at 4:30 p.m. Join the teens to discuss “The False Prince” by Jennifer Nielsen and the tweens will be chatting about any book they have recently read. Tween chatter is for ages 8-12 and Teen Talk ages 13-17.

This is the last Wednesday for Coloring Corner in the Cafe. Join in at noon for fun coloring and pleasant interactions.

The teens have Teen Anime Club this Thursday at 4:30 p.m. This club meets to discuss and watch anime, create crafts, and enjoy snacks. This month they will be watching “The Secret World of Arietty” Email teenzone@clevelandlibrary.org with questions.

Don’t forget the library offers free Zumba classes every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning at 8 a.m.

The library will be closed Monday for Memorial Day.
